How the System Works This service will allow you to obtain visa information and schedule your visa appointment quickly and easily.  You must make a payment of U.S. $10.00 to obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will allow you access to the information service and to schedule your visa appointment.  The PIN is valid for 90 days from the date of payment if no appointment is scheduled.  Once you have scheduled your appointment, if you need to reschedule your appointment you may do so up to two business days prior to your appointment date.  The PIN will allow you to schedule your appointment and reschedule or cancel it up to two times.
